لازالت تونس تحتل مراتب متدنية من حيث الفوارق بين الرجل والمرأة لتحتل المرتبة 119 عالميا من جملة 149 دولة شملها التقرير السنوي للمنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي حول الفوارق بين الجنسين حسب ما اوردته جمعية اصوات نساء في بيان لها، اليوم الاثنين 11 فيفري 2019.
واعتبرت الجمعية انه رغم المكاسب التشريعية التي حقّقتها تونس في السنوات الأخيرة، فان الإحصائيات تشير إلى تدني مرتبة تونس إلى دون المتوسط العالمي في هذا التصنيف.
واضافت انه ولئن حققت تونس تقدما ملحوظا من حيث مشاركة النّساء في الحياة السياسية واحتلّت بذلك المرتبة 55 عالمياً إلّا أن معدل مشاركة النّساء تبقى متدنية في تقلّد الحقائب الوزارية حيث تشغل النّساء 23,1 بالمائة من المناصب الوزاريّة مقابل 76 بالمائة للرّجال. كما تحتلّ تونس المرتبة 127 عالمياً من أصل 149 في ما يتعلّق بتقلّد النّساء للمناصب العليا.
ويبقى التباين بين النّساء والرّجال مرتفعا بالنسبة للتّمدرس حيث تراجعت رتبة تونس عالمياً لتصل إلى المرتبة 108 في سنة 2018 وأيضا بالنسبة للمشاركة الإقتصادية وفرص العمل اذ تراجعت مرتبة تونس إلى 135 وهي أدنى مرتبة تصلها إلى اليوم.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن معدل نسبة البطالة بالنسبة للنّساء يمثل ضعف ماهو عليه للرّجال ليبلغ 22,2 بالمائة للنساء مقابل 12,5 بالمائة للرّجال.
وامام هذا الوضع دعت أصوات نساء إلى الحد من الفارق بين النّساء والرجال من خلال المصادقة على قانون المساواة في الميراث للنّساء، وتقدير قيمة المساهمة الفعلية للنّساء فى النّشاط الإقتصادي من خلال تقييم العمل غير المدفوع للنّساء كساعات العمل المنزلي غير مدفوعة الأجر.
كما شددت على ضرورة تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص في تقلد المناصب العليا وتفعيل قانون عدد 58 لسنة 2017 المناهض للتمييز ضد النساء خاصة على المستوى الإقتصادي فضلا عن زيادة معدل مشاركة النّساء في سوق العمل من خلال سياسات عامة للتّرفيع من نسبة توظيف النّساء.
وطالبت بتنقيح القانون الأساسي المنظم للأحزاب مما يضمن المساواة بين تمثيلية النّساء والرجال على كافة الأصعدة الوطنية والجهوية والمحلية.
